Business Relationships
Uptown Container Gardens are offered for placement on consignment in select locations. In exchange for a bright spot (or spots) in your shop or cafe, you will receive a collection of beautiful gardens that are available for sale while being replenished and cared for on a regular basis. They look great in display windows and on windowsills and ledges. You can green up your establishment while generating another source of income, all at no costs to you!
Services
Regular servicing of the Uptown Gardens in your shop or cafe is included with a business agreement. This includes care of the gardens and display area, and replenishing and/or exchanging of the gardens as needed. I enjoy collaborating on display ideas, holiday/seasonal themes, and working with staff in general.
Care TipsSucculents prefer bright indirect light or some portion of full sun each day. They need some water but not very much. In most cases, a teaspoon or two a week is enough. The amount of water needed will vary based on the size of the container. A plant that is too dry will shrivel up. Try giving it a drink to perk it up. A plant whose roots are too wet (too much water) will look wilted and often yellowish. Uptown Container Gardens do not have drainage so take care not to over water them. Not having drainage, however, protects your furniture from water damage.
For optimum health of your garden, add a drop of all-purpose or cactus/succulent liquid fertilizer to the water every few months. |
